Duval County, Clay County and St. Johns County. That includes Jacksonville and its neighborhoods, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and the surrounding communities.

Which Jacksonville neighborhoods do you have dedicated crews for?

We work the whole city, and we publish detail pages for Riverside, Avondale, Ortega, San Marco, Mandarin, Arlington, Southside, Springfield, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach because the tree work, access limits and permit rules genuinely differ in each one.

Do you charge a travel fee for outlying areas?

No. If you are inside Duval, Clay or St. Johns County there is no travel charge and no minimum job size.

Do permit rules change depending on where I live?

Yes, and it matters. The City of Jacksonville tree protection ordinance covers most of Duval County, but Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach have their own ordinances, historic districts such as Riverside, Avondale and Springfield add an extra layer of review, and Clay and St. Johns County run their own rules. We check the ordinance against your specific parcel before we quote.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes — and in many cases we can give you an estimate right over the phone. Just send us the property address or zip code along with a few close-up and far-away photos so we can see:

• Tree height — include the sky so we can gauge scale
• Tree size — how wide is the base of the trunk
• Tree location — front yard, side yard, or backyard
• Access — is there a gate, fence, vehicles, or anything else in the way

With that information we can often price it remotely. If not, we'll come out to see it in person.

Do you have a service minimum?

Yes. Our tree trimming starts at $675 and tree removal starts at $850. If these price points are not in your budget, we are not the company for you.
