A tree fell on my house — what do I do first?
Get everyone out of the affected rooms and away from any downed line — treat every wire as live. Call us, then call your insurance carrier and open a claim. Photograph everything before anything is moved.
Will you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, on covered damage. We work with a Direction to Pay so the carrier pays us and you cover your deductible. Under Florida law the property owner must pay 100% of their deductible.
Can you tarp the roof the same night?
We can make the structure safe and get emergency cover on the opening as part of the response so the weather stops making the damage worse.
What does an emergency call cost?
Emergency work is priced on the situation — time of night, equipment needed and risk. You get the number before we start. On insured storm damage the claim usually carries most of it.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — and in many cases we can give you an estimate right over the phone. Just send us the property address or zip code along with a few close-up and far-away photos so we can see:
- Tree height — include the sky so we can gauge scale
- Tree size — how wide is the base of the trunk
- Tree location — front yard, side yard, or backyard
- Access — is there a gate, fence, vehicles, or anything else in the way
With that information we can often price it remotely. If not, we'll come out to see it in person.
Do you have a service minimum?
Yes. Our tree trimming starts at $675 and tree removal starts at $850. If these price points are not in your budget, we are not the company for you.
