How much land can you clear in a day?
On open ground with average density we cover a lot in a day. Heavy timber, wet ground or a tight urban lot slows that down considerably. We will give you a realistic day count with the quote.
Do you haul off the debris or burn it?
Both are options depending on the parcel and local rules. We can chip and mulch on site, grind material into the ground, or haul it out entirely. Hauling costs more; mulching in place often costs less and improves the soil.
Do I need a permit to clear land in Jacksonville?
Frequently yes, especially where protected trees, wetlands or a tree canopy ordinance apply. We check your address and the parcel before any machine rolls.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes, and we recommend it. Mark them or walk the lot with us and we will clear selectively and protect the root zones of the keepers.
Do you grade the lot afterwards?
We can rough grade and knock down the ruts as part of the job. Finish grading for a building pad is quoted separately.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — and in many cases we can give you an estimate right over the phone. Just send us the property address or zip code along with a few close-up and far-away photos so we can see:
- Tree height — include the sky so we can gauge scale
- Tree size — how wide is the base of the trunk
- Tree location — front yard, side yard, or backyard
- Access — is there a gate, fence, vehicles, or anything else in the way
With that information we can often price it remotely. If not, we'll come out to see it in person.
Do you have a service minimum?
Yes. Our tree trimming starts at $675 and tree removal starts at $850. If these price points are not in your budget, we are not the company for you.
