904Tree.com™ LLC is a family-owned small business built on trust, honesty, and fairness. We appreciate your business and will do almost anything to earn and keep it; at the same time, we have to protect ourselves from unreasonable expectations from both home and business owners. The following terms apply to all work performed by 904Tree.com™ LLC.
1. Permitting & Permission
904Tree.com™ LLC is not responsible for permitting or permission from local City, County, or Municipalities for any tree removal, as this is the responsibility of the homeowner.
2. Authorization to Perform Work
By signing our Service Agreement, the home/business owner grants 904Tree.com™ the authority to cut down their trees and takes full responsibility that all trees have been permitted and approved for removal.
3. Workmanship & Materials
All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and all work is performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications provided for the work.
4. Property, Lawns & Irrigation
904Tree.com™ is not responsible for lawn (imprints), irrigation systems, or driveways during our tree removal services. All irrigation must be marked before we arrive.
5. Underground Utilities
904Tree.com™ is not responsible for underground plumbing, wires, or utilities that are not visible.
6. Concrete, Pavers & Access
904Tree.com™ is not responsible for concrete or paver drives due to equipment, crane, lifts, or skid steer required to remove trees off of the property.
7. Payment Terms
100% of the job cost is due the day of completion. All invoices are due immediately (that day) after work has been completed. We accept Cash, Check, Cash App, Credit Card, Zelle, PayPal, and Jobber. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% or 4% added fee.
8. Cancellations & Down Payments
A cancellation fee will be applied if a job is canceled within 72 hours of the start date. Your down payment is 100% non-refundable if you cancel the job, ignore our schedule, or expect us to push the job more than one date into the future.
9. Added Work
If added tree work (not on the original invoice/estimate) is performed, the cost will be billed/added at the time of job completion and reserves the same payable process as above.
10. Owner Availability & Confirmation
If the owner is not on-site, the owner will be responsible for being available to view job-completed pictures/video for immediate confirmation, as a 2nd trip out by us will be a charged trip.
11. Liens for Non-Payment
904Tree.com™ reserves the right to lien any property for unpaid services rendered / invoices, regardless of 3rd-party brokers, managers, or agents' involvement.
12. Insurance Claim Work
If this work is for insurance claim purposes and 904Tree.com™ is left out/ignored, or the owner is denied coverage or underpaid by their carrier, all fees divert back to the property/homeowner and are due immediately.
*Any homeowner using insurance to cover their damages must pay 100% of their deductible to their chosen contractor. Anyone not paying their deductible (according to new FL state law) could be fined and possibly charged with a felony. As contractors, we are forbidden to discuss your insurance policy and its provisions while only discussing damages and costs of such. *Note: none of this is legal advice; the actual policy stipulations decide all insurance claim payments. Consult your Insurance Company and/or Attorney/Public Adjuster Directly.
